The property has a large farmhhouse kitchen with dishwasher, m/wave, cooker and rayburn. The large lounge has three new sofas, tv/vcr/dvd/satellite tv. In addition and unusually there is good sized south facing conservatory with additional seating and table. We pride ourselves in providing a home from home for our guests and ensuring the property is fully equipped for all eventualities. Outside we have a lovely patio and south facing garden which overlooks farmland.

Padstow is a picturesque ancient harbour town on the north cornish coast. Famous for being an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are numerous sandy bays, and miles of coastal walks. The town itself is famous for its celebrity chef, rick stein, who owns the world reknowed seafood restaurant, along with st petrocs bistro and rick stein's cafe. Roscullion barn is just 30 minutes drive from the eden project and within easy reach are numerous national trust properties and gardens.
